The Office of Orange County Clerk Courts has been my full-time public service mission for over seven years. Our goal is to deliver Excellence through Efficiency and Effectiveness in everything we do.

We have accomplished much, most notable:

• Operating Orange County Clerk of Courts on collected fees alone. No tax dollars are used to operate this office.
• Being entrusted and cost-effective with the $231 million budget and funds collected each year in fees.
• Reducing traffic ticket wait time from 77 minutes to 14 minutes.
• Receiving 95% customer service satisfaction.
• 2008 Governor's Sterling Award Winner
• Launching myorangeclerk.com - a customer focused website where citizens can pay traffic tickets online and access court information.
• Implementing electronic case filing (ECF).
• Opening two new Clerk’s offices, one operating 24 hours a day.
• Receiving statewide recognition for excellence in collections of court fees and fines.

A foundation has been built. But, there is much work still to do to meet the changing demands of the Clerk’s office. I ask for your continued support for a ’08 victory.
